Club Affiliation Agreement
1) Affiliation & Acceptance of Bylaws.
On behalf of the below-named Club/Organization, the undersigned applies to join and affiliate with the United States Practical Shooting Association (“USPSA”). The Club has read and understands the USPSA bylaws, rules and regulations and agrees to abide by them. The Club understands USPSA / SCSA activity reporting procedures and will follow the USPSA bylaws and club policies.
2) Match Eligibility / Openness.
The Club agrees that all USPSA/SCSA matches it conducts shall be open to any person eligible for USPSA membership or who is a member of another IPSC Region.
3) Minimum Activity.
The Club agrees to hold a minimum of seven (7) Practical Shooting matches per year and that at least four (4) will be USPSA classification matches; or, if SCSA only, a minimum of three (3) matches which include at least two (2) official stages.
4) Match Reporting, Uploads & Fees (USPSA, SCSA, and IPSC).
4.1) Universal upload & payment deadline.
The Club will upload the full results/rosters for all USPSA, SCSA, and any IPSC matches that the Club runs to USPSA and remit all applicable activity fees within thirty (30) days of the conclusion of each match.
4.2) Complete Match Results.
For all USPSA matches, the Club represents that no competitors who were present at the match were deleted from the match data, and that all competitors are included in the upload, including non-USPSA members (with appropriate DQ/DNF status where applicable). Uploads must reflect actual participation and outcomes for every competitor who checked in/presented to compete.
4.3) Match Results Upload.
Uploads shall be made through USPSA-approved systems in the format and manner specified by USPSA so that classification, participation, and activity fee accounting can be accurately processed.
5) Conduct of Matches under Rules.
USPSA matches shall be conducted under current USPSA rules;
SCSA matches shall be conducted under current SCSA Rules;
IPSC matches shall be conducted under current IPSC rules.
6) Activity Fees & 30-Day Remittance.
The Club agrees to report the published results and remit the appropriate activity fees for each contestant to USPSA within thirty (30) days of the match date, consistent with Articles 4.8 and 4.11 of the USPSA Bylaws.

7) Re-Affiliation Window; Non-Payment.
Club reaffiliations occur from January 1 through February 15 of each year. Clubs failing to pay dues or activity fees may be dropped and required to reaffiliate as a new club, consistent with Article 4.14 of the USPSA Bylaws.
8) Use of USPSA/SCSA Intellectual Property & Return of Materials.
The Club agrees to reserve the use of USPSA/SCSA images and intellectual property for USPSA/SCSA competitions and to return all USPSA-licensed or produced manuals, rules, property, software, and merchandise upon demand from USPSA or upon failure of the Club to reaffiliate.
9) Compliance; Revocation.
The Club understands that failure to follow competition rules, bylaws, or this Agreement, including but not limited to failure to upload complete/accurate results and remit fees, may result in discipline up to and including revocation of affiliation, as authorized by Article 4.13 of the USPSA Bylaws.
